Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Minu app and related web services (the "Service") provided by WONDERMOVE Inc. ("we"). By signing up for or using the Service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
- Minu transcribes and translates meeting audio live as captions and, when the meeting ends, writes AI notes in each language used in the meeting.
- You can let others follow captions and notes through a share link or QR code, and let remote participants speak from their own devices.
- We may change or add features to improve the Service and will tell you in advance about changes that matter to you.
3. Accounts
- You sign up with email, Apple or Google. You must be at least 14 (13 in the US) to use the Service.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time. Deletion removes your account and all meetings permanently.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are Free, Pro ($9.99 a month) and Pro Plus ($24.99 a month), priced in US dollars. Local prices and taxes are shown in the App Store and Google Play. Plan limits are described in the app and on our website.
- Paid plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased only through Apple or Google in-app purchase. We never receive your card details.
- To avoid the next charge, cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before renewal. After cancelling you keep your plan until the paid period ends.
- Your data is deleted when a paid period ends. When a paid period ends (cancellation, refund, failed payment), meetings and notes created before that point are deleted. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before; export anything you want to keep as PDF first.
- We may change prices or plans. We will give existing subscribers 30 days' notice of changes that work against them and ask for consent where the store requires it.
5. Refunds
- Apple or Google processes your payment, so refunds follow their policies. Request App Store refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play refunds through Google Play.
- Where we can act ourselves (for example an exceptional Google Play refund), contact support and we will review your request.
- Nothing in these terms limits withdrawal or refund rights you have under the law where you live, such as EU consumer law or the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
- A refund ends the paid period immediately, so meeting data may be deleted under section 4.
6. Your content and recording consent
- You own your meeting content. We process it only to provide the Service and never use it for advertising or to train AI.
- You are responsible for informing attendees and obtaining any consent required before recording. Recording laws differ by country and state (for example the Korean Protection of Communications Secrets Act, US two-party consent laws and the GDPR).
- Anyone with a share link you create can see its captions and notes. You decide who gets the link and can stop sharing in the app.
7. Limits of AI output
Captions, translations and AI notes are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. For important decisions (contracts, legal, medical, financial), check the original conversation and review the output yourself. We do not guarantee its accuracy.
8. Prohibited use
- Recording or sharing that breaks the law or infringes others' rights (privacy, copyright and so on)
- Hacking or overloading the Service, or using someone else's account
- Copying or reselling the Service, or using it through unauthorized automation
If we find such use, we may restrict or suspend the account after notice (or first, in an emergency, and then tell you).
9. Interruptions
The Service may pause for maintenance, outages or problems at our providers (speech recognition, AI, app stores). We announce planned interruptions in the app or on our website. If we shut the Service down we will give 30 days' notice and time to export your data.
10. Limitation of liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from the free Service, from your own fault or from events beyond our control. For paid plans, our liability for losses we cause is limited, to the extent the law allows, to the amount you paid in the month the loss occurred. Where the law of your country does not allow these limits, that law applies.
11. Changes to these terms
We announce changes in the app and on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that work against you). If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep the protection and the courts that your local consumer law provides.
